Jerry Cans

Jerry Cans

Jerry cans, also known as jerricans or jerrycans, are typically made from HDPE plastic and have a low center of gravity for stability. They feature extra head space in the molded-in handle, and either a built-in spout and air vent or a screw cap. Heavy side panels provide a large flat area for easy labeling, while the rectangular shape is beneficial for limited storage space. The Thermo Scientific™ Nalgene™ Fluorinated Jerricans with Closure improves long-term preservation and prevents permeation loss.
