Life Science Buffers

Life science buffers are available in a variety of formulations and grades. Apply balanced salt solutions and powders for myriad uses in nucleic acid, protein, molecular, and cell biology applications, which include chromatography processes, electroporesis, ELISA, and cell culture. A proprietary PCR buffer that contains KCl and (NH4)2SO4 at a ratio optimized for robust performance of DreamTaq™ DNA Polymerase and DreamTaq™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase in PCR, Thermo Scientific™ 10X DreamTaq™ Green Buffer includes MgCl2 at a concentration of 20 mM.
