Applications
1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane is used to bond poly(tetrafluoroethylene) films to silicon wafers. It is also utilized in anti-reflective coating, release coating and soil repellent coating.

Solubility
Miscible with ethanol and tetrahydrofuran.

Notes
Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents.
