Ficoll∣r 400

Ficoll™ 400 is used for cell separation and organelle isolation. It is also used to separate blood to its components like erythrocytes and leukocytes. It acts as a mononuclear cell separator and used in culture media, nucleic acidhybridization, electrophoresis and in immunological studies.
